“This spot was the perfect peaceful retreat for us for New Years! There were a lot of great hiking and biking trails on the property and Chris and Jacqui were incredibly accommodating, regularly checking up on us and offering advice and assistance whenever we needed it. The surrounds are picturesque and the friendly dogs were a huge bonus! We’ll definitely be back.”

“We enjoyed our stay immensely. Great for anyone wanting to get away from the city and the crowds. The house is surrounded by nature and has a wonderful view of the woods and the lake. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed to cook and braai. Within driving distance from Clarens and Golden Gate National Park. The hosts were very helpful and the small personal touches really made us feel special.Thank you Jacqui and Chris for a wonderful stay.”
