Rosendal (approx. 84 km from Natures loft)

The Mosamane hiking trail is just a few kilometers from Rosendal and offers absolutely spectacular scenery. This pristine trail takes hikers up to the foot of the mountains where you enter a magical word of cliffs, massive sandstone overhangs, caves, two huge round cavities in the rock face called the “Owls Eyes”, a sky high overhang where water pours over the edge to fall 20 meters down into “Goliat se Stort”. Meander through mountain forests, river forests, across crystal clear streams, discover dinosaur fossils and walk in awe under the rock arches along the feet of the rocks and cliffs.
